Terms & Conditions
1. About us & these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Daverion AI website and our products and services. The website and services are operated by Daverion AI (PTY) LTD, registration number 2026/430531/07, a private company incorporated in South Africa (“Daverion”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@daverion.com. Located in Gauteng, South Africa. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.
2. What we provide
Daverion builds focused AI products for South African service businesses. Our products TRST, BRDG and SGNL are launching soon. Daverion Learning provides online training courses (digital content). Some features and products may be in development or offered on a ‘launching soon’ basis.
3. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from us. If you create a Daverion Learning account, you are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure and for activity under your account. We use passwordless ‘magic-link’ sign-in; anyone with access to your email inbox may be able to sign in as you.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). For Daverion Learning courses, the first module of each course is free; the remaining modules are paid. Payment is processed by PayFast, a third-party payment provider, subject to their terms. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details. Access to paid content is granted once payment is confirmed. Daverion AI (PTY) LTD is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.
5. Digital content & licence
When you buy a course you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access that content for your own use (including for your own business). You may not share, resell, redistribute, sub-licence, or publicly post the paid content, or attempt to circumvent access controls. All intellectual property in our website, products and course content remains ours or our licensors’.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping, sharing paid content, interfering with security features, or using the services for anything unlawful.
7. Refunds & cancellations
Our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these terms. Please see the Refund Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
8. Availability & changes
We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features, products or course content. We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Disclaimers
Our courses are educational and practical in nature and do not constitute professional, legal, financial or other advice; always use your own judgement in your business. Our products and website are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’. TRST (when launched) is a trust-and-reputation tool: it is not a vetting service and not a safety guarantee.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from your use of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.
11. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable law.
12. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Third-party services
Our services rely on third parties (for example PayFast for payments and our email and hosting providers). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the ‘Last updated’ date shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
